Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Your ParTNers EAP provides confidential financial, legal and emotional counseling at no cost to members and their dependents. EAP services are offered to all full-time state and higher education employees and their eligible family members, regardless of whether they participate in the States Group Insurance Program. Also, local education (K-12) and local government employees who participate in any of the States medical insurance plans and their eligible family members may also use EAP services. EAP counseling is available for problems that can be resolved in a short period of time. Members may receive up to five sessions per problem episode. Referrals are made for problems requiring more time.
Magellan Health Services is the company providing EAP, mental health and substance abuse services. All services are strictly confidential and can be accessed by calling 1.855.HERE4TN (1.855.437.3486), seven days a week, 24 hours a day. If you prefer to access services over the phone, telephonic counseling is available as well as face-to-face appointments. With your manager's approval, you may use work time (up to two hours per session including travel time) to see an EAP provider. EAP services are offered at no cost to those individuals eligible to participate.
