The State of Tennessee has partnered with Weight Watchers to bring the Weight Watchers at Work program to State Group Insurance Program members. Weight Watchers has over 40 years of experience and has created a safe, effective and proven weight loss program built on good nutrition. Research shows that following a weight-loss program with support from others significantly contributes to weight loss success.
State group insurance program members participating in the Weight Watchers at Work program will receive their membership at a discounted rate. All payments are due in advance and can be paid by check, cash, MasterCard or Visa. A valid driver’s license number and phone number must be included on all checks.
Upon joining the Weight Watchers at Work program, members will be issued a weight record book where their weight will be recorded each week. Weight Watchers at Work members are allowed to visit traditional Weight Watchers meetings, but should always remember to take their weight record book with them as proof of membership.
Weight Watchers at Work meetings last approximately 45 minutes to an hour and are typically held during the lunch period at either 11:00 a.m. or 12:30 p.m.
